21TC Parking Garage & Porte Cochere Repair Project

We are excited to announce that the 21TC Parking Garage and Porte Cochere Repair Project has begun! We have successfully completed three phases of spalling repairs in the lowest level of the garage and will continue into phase 4, Tuesday, May 20, 2025. As a reminder, with phase 5 quickly approaching, the entrance ramp to the lowest level of the garage will be closed for one week starting May 28, 2025, through June 3, 2025. Rest assured, this area will be manned to assist with traffic control. As a reminder, a valet is available to assist you. Please contact the Management Office for any questions.
