CLUB ROOM

Need a place to entertain? The newly remodeled club room is the perfect spot to host your next wine tasting or birthday party. With its newly remodeled, state-of-the-art kitchen and big-screen TV, you could even have your next Super Bowl party here! The clubroom seats 40 guests and is available for rent for a nominal fee.

FITNESS ROOM

Simplify your life — At 21 Turtle Creek there is a completely renovated on-site fitness center. Residents of 21 are enjoying the new paint, lighting, higher ceiling and a complete new circuit of premium equipment from Precor, one of the best in the business. Equipment includes stability balls, yoga mats, bench and free weights, and elliptical and exercise bikes. When your workout is over there are Scandinavian-style dry saunas (separate locker rooms for guys and gals!) to soothe your tired muscles. Use of the fitness center is free for all 21 Turtle Creek residents and their guests.

LIBRARY

Relax with a good book from our in-house library. Books are checked out on the honor system, and residents are encouraged to donate books and magazines.

MEETING ROOMS

If you need to host a meeting, or are just looking for a quiet place to work, you have multiple options at 21. Residents can reserve the stylish and comfortable conference room for themselves and their guests. Two smaller rooms are available as work or meeting spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Wireless internet is available at no charge.

PARKING AND VALET

With ample parking and complimentary valet service, at 21 there’s one less thing to worry about. There is plenty of secure parking for residents in the underground garage and a valet is on duty until midnight most nights (11 pm on Sundays). A courteous valet will even greet your visitors and park their cars for them at the building entrance.

POOL AND HOT TUB

Turtle Creek is an unexpected patch of green in the middle of the city. But here at 21, we have our own surprise — our own little park, hidden away among the high rises. In this lush and beautifully landscaped setting is a newly renovated pool and hot tub. It’s the perfect spot to relax, take in some sun or prepare a feast on one of the new gas grills.

BUILDINGLINK AND KEYLINK

BuildingLink has become the standard for quality operations management and resident communications in upscale residential properties across the world.  Every Owner and resident get a secure login to access it’s functions.

BuildingLink is an Internet-based system for managing day-to-day operations, communications, record keeping and task tracking.  It allows users to access data and update their authorized functions from anywhere in the world using a computer or smart phone.  For those that are not computer savvy and/or do not have Internet access, you are still connected as BuildingLink will communicate with you via phone.

BuildingLink Benefits include:  You update your own information using your secure login or through the Management Office.  This allows you to: designate people to have entry to your unit and have access to your keys; add pictures for added security; reserve the clubroom or a meeting room; advise the Courtesy Desk of impending guests; open and track work orders; download documents and forms; view the events calendar; check the marketplace for items for sale.  Also, you are advised automatically by email or phone when a package arrives and is scanned into Building Link.  BuildingLink also has an emergency phone and email Broadcast Service.

KeyLink SmartTag System Benefits include:  A completely electronic key security system.  It immediately advises you via email or phone if your key is removed, with a fully documented audit trail of your key activity, including: time removed; who removed it; who it was given to; and reason for removal.  The security process includes finger print recognition, signature and photo capture every time a key is removed.  The same information is provided when the key is returned to the KeyLink system.
